# Other Tips, Tricks and FAQs!

## 1. How many tickets should I be buying?

ALWAYS, buy in pairs if you can, singles are much harder to sell on secondary marketplaces due to the lesser demand! Single standing/GA tickets are normally fine but I would strongly recommend you stay away from it.

## 2. I haven't been able to sell my tickets/ no one is buying them, now what?

Due to tickets being a digital item there is no way of 'returning' them, there are several things you can do however. What I would do is list it on Ticketmaster/AXS RESALE, this is a platform where you can resell tickets back onto Ticketmaster/AXS, sales on here are normally quick but you are capped at what you can sell the tickets for (retail price+10%).

## 3. Do I need to buy insurance on tickets?

No it's a huge scam, never worth buying

## 4. Can I cancel tickets?

Contrary to popular beliefs, with AXS you can cancel 3 tickets per year within 1-2 days and with Ticketmaster 1-2 tickets per year within 24 hours if you really want. Cancelling after these deadlines have actually been possible but it is very rare and I would never rely on it.

## 5. I bought Tickets on a burner account with a name that isn't mine after selling tickets on Ticketmaster resale?

This is a very specific situation but it has stung many people before. Generate accounts in as many real names as you can to avoid this problem. After selling on Ticketmaster resale they may ask you for ID to send you the payments, this would need to match the name of the tickets you bought so if you bought the tickets on a random name this would be an issue.

## 6. Where should I be selling my tickets?

viagogo and Stubhub is where we will be selling our tickets 99% of the time. You can sell on Twitter, Facebook and other niche platforms but they are harder sells!

## 7. I'm worried my tickets wont sell/ I am nervous about this whole thing!

This is completely normal, starting any new skill is not easy and this is expected. I can assure you that YOU WILL MAKE MONEY FROM MY CALLS!

## 8. Why are my tickets not showing up on viagogo even though I have listed them?

They very likely have been listed, if you list a ticket for £100 it WONT show for sale as £100, viagogo inflate the price even further. If you scroll over a few pages you will most likely find your ticket, to find out where it is exactly do this calculation: your listing price (e.g. £100)/0.83=£120.

## 9. When do I get paid?!

This is probably the most asked question, for VGG and Stubhub you get paid AFTER the event occurs, assuming there were no issues with the sale you get paid 1 week after the event. This is why we want events that are soon.

## 10. What are all these weird words/abbreviations?

VGG=Viagogo, NGL= not going to lie, cook='a good cop', cop= buy, brick=bad purchase
